Members Nights at Rundle Park Summer 2012

Warm Summer nights are just around the corner and outdoor paddling will start on Wednesday May 30th at 7:00pm
Come to just paddle around, practice your roll or play novice polo - it is your choice.
It is always FREE for members.

June 9/2012 - River Day

Held at Rundle Park, this annual event brings together most of the paddling clubs of Edmonton and many other organizations. It is always a good time for the whole family starting at 10am with a pancake breakfast.

The club thanks all the volunteers for their time and unflagging support in making sure this fundraiser is a success again.

Youth Program

The club is expanding its Youth Advanced paddling program in order to better prepare our young members to compete in the Alberta Summer Games.

2010 Alberta Summer Games Results

We are very proud of our young members who have competed in the ASG 2010.
They are: Mikayla Bortscher, Rita Lester, Christian Ilkiw, Jake Anderson, Isaac Wizuna and Daniel Janigo.
They have won medals in Canoe Polo (Bronze), another Bronze in C2 Slalom ( Janigo/Wizuna ) and 2 Silver medals in Wildwater, Mikayla Bortscher in K1 and Janigo/Wizuna in C2
Congratulations to all, now we start the training for 2012 !
All the young paddlers are invited to join our enthousiastic group of athletes who will be training and having fun getting ready for the next Alberta Summer Games.

WANTED - Club River Trip Leaders

Your club is in the process of forming a pool of qualified river trip leaders to organize and lead river trips during the summer and fall.
Financial support will be made available to qualified candidates so they can acquire the relevant certifications required to ensure the safety of our members participating in club river trips.
